| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jun 24, 2008 Aroma is mostly mild sour earth and pine hop and some malt. Smells like it will be dry. Pours medium hazy orange. Flavor is some fruity malt. Like pineapple and mango followed by some caramel sweetness. It finishes more crisp than bitter and leaves more residual sweetness than dry resins. More of an English Style IPA than West Coast Style. It is not bad, but I prefer these beers to be hop strong.

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jun 17, 2008 Hazy amber with two-finger white head, good lacings. Aroma of piney hops. Taste is slightly sweet quickly subdued by citrus, piney hops. Good crisp mouthfeel. No IBU number but would guess about middle of the pack. Decent IPA. Alcohol well hidden. buckyp (32), Rio Rancho, New Mexico, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Jun 13, 2008 Bottle, poured to shaker. Middlin’ IPA. Not much aroma at all. What I did get was some citrus. Thin white head. Light amber, cloudy body. Hops are distinct upfront with sappy pine flavor but dissipate quickly to maltiness. Doesn’t linger much. Slight alcohol bite. Only time I’ll be trying this one. doubleo (1121), San Diego, California, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Jun 10, 2008 On-tap at PP C’Bad. Pours orange/yellow with a moderate white head, good lace. Smells faintly hoppy and malty, earthy all around. Taste is slightly hoppy and then big earthy malts. Slight astringent hops on the finish. Weird flavors to me. The hops are there but the malts are overpowering. Hops are slightly nutty as well. Medium body, ok carbonation. drewbeerme (2305), Chicago, Illinois, USA
