re-rate must be a fresh bottle as it has more of everything than i remember especially pine wise. fiulijn (7170), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy

This tasty brew is a bit lighter than Sierra Nevada Pale Ale on both the palate and hoppiness (also, fruitier). Overall, a very good beer. unclemattie (2416), Georgia, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Nov 21, 2007 12oz bottle. Pours sparkling orange, white head. Aroma of sweet floral/citrus hops. Hints of honey, caramel some sweet malts leading to a light sweetness. Very nice IPA flavors. Big hop, but not too big, medium bitterness. Just enough bitterness to remind you that you are drinking a real beer. Pleasant malt backbone. Light, resiny bitter finish. medium body, TheBeerMaster (100), Little Falls, New Jersey, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 18, 2007 White head, which I assume led to the beer’s name, with an amber appearance. Flavor is strongly hopped, which is to be expected from an IPA, but as far as comparisons to typical Pale Ales go, this one’s a bit weaker. Recommended. TheBeerGod909 (43), Aurora, Illinois, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 4, 2007 Large, thick white head. Color is a deep amber and the flavor is full-bodied with a strong hoppiness. Also, hawk on the label is the most pissed off bird I’ve ever seen. Taste wise is pretty good for an IPA. Its not overly strong. it has great color. Picked up the varity pack at Costco.
