Citrus hop aroma, nice head with heavy lacing. I like this beer because it is not over-hopped for an IPA. NIce balance with the malt and very drinkable. Lots of American IPA get high ratings based on how hoppy they are. Bought 6 bottles at the bar and took them home. BVery (669), Burnsville, Minnesota, USA

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Dec 11, 2009 Aroma of piney and floral hopping, some caramel backing, enough to make you think you have a American Pale Ale rather then an IPA,taste is that mildly hop dominated soft slightly sweet backing with that pleasantly soft bitter finish. It is done true to style, sometimes you think you should rank beers like this a little higher, but its so sessionable, meaning so safe,so cautious, its a kiss on the lips instead of the tongue down the throat JoeTheYounger (296), California, USA
