Mens Journal High Index Ale

12 ounce bottle that was a free handout at a party for Men’s Journal Magazine. Labelled "MJ High Index Ale" and called a "custom beer." Tan brew with no head. Sweet, hoppy aroma with a whiff of lemon and flowers. It tastes like a wheat, fairly well filled out with mildly bitter hops, but a little watery. There is a hidden tingly carbonation that comes out after the gulp. It is pretty dry overall with a touch of malt liquor-like sweetness.
