Available on-tap at the brewpub. , pours very pale yellow. There is no head, none. Very highly carbonated, as per their entire product line, which gives an afterburn. A little aroma of wheat, malt, even faint bubblegum. Thin mouthfeel, and closer to flour in there. A drop of lemon and astringency,Sweetish otherwise.

[1535-20080719] Tap. Lemon-scent yeast aroma. Slightly hazy, light orange brown body with no lasting head. Zesty lemon yeast flavour has mild grass and tangy notes. Light-medium body. Fine for a light.

2008-07-19. Lightly hazy golden yellow, headless. Really displays the house character up front in the aroma, with just a touch of sour wheat and dishwater in the background. Flavour is lightly fruity, touch of yeast dilute grains, Cheerios, light bitterness and muted astringency. Average to light palate is watery at times. One of my least favorites on this visit. Draft at the brewpub
