A dark cola brown coloured beer with a weak, off-white head. A mild roasted malt nose. Light coffee and liquorice notes and a milk chocolate aroma that makes a pleasant surprise. Light bitterness and medium bodied. Dry, roasted malt, coffee and lquorice, and a chocolatey element as well. A bitter and malty finish. Jul 24, 2009 Bottled. A red-brown beer with a thin tan head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt and some caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt lending it a bit of acidity as well as notes of nuts, leading to a bitter and roasted finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.
