Aroma is sharp fermented fruit-apricot/floral-carnations (Brandon’s signature finishing hops, Halletaur). Taste follows, clean mouth feel. OK/mild carbonation. Braudog (3774), Dayton, Ohio, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Sep 24, 2006 Draft at the brewpub, 9/18/06: Clear golden with a big white foam head. Stark musty aroma that’s a bit off-putting. Carries a bit to the flavor like a moldy lemon, but not as gross as it sounds ... just a bit musty, otherwise a sweet citrusy American wheat. Murphy (1759), Fort Collins, Colorado, USA
| 1.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 1/5 | 5/20 | Aug 19, 2006 Bomber. Pours dark yellow, no head. No carbonation. Very light aroma of grainy malts. Taste is mainly grains, some bitter hops. Noticeable oxidation. Light vegetable taste. Tasteless finish. Needs some work. ratman197 (3256), Arvada, Colorado, USA
| 1.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 3/5 | 2/10 | 3/5 | 4/20 | Aug 17, 2006 Bomber poured a clear yellow with a very minimal white head. Aromas of very faint wheat and I think Ican detect a hint of lemon. Nothing offensive in the aroma just nothing there! Palate was light bodied, crisp and clean. Flavors of light wheat and a barely discernable amount of citrus with a crisp clean finish. Nothing offensive in the taste either, just nothing to taste. Don’t waste your time on thisa one ! | 0.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 1/5 | 2/10 | 1/5 | 3/20 | Oct 3, 2003 Similar in appearance to their light lager, light yellow. No head at all. Sweet and somewhat sticky malts. Very tart, citric and sour. Annoying lemon notes throughout. Actually, now that I thought of it, it's kind of hard to taste anything else. There might be a little sweetness and a little bitterness in there, also, but it's hard to tell. Lightly carbonated, milky and somewhat cloying. Unbalanced. Ernest (4502), Boulder, Colorado, USA
| 1.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Oct 2, 2003 Virtually no head. Body is hazy light yellow. Aroma is lightly malty
(toasted grain), lightly yeasty (sweat), with a hint of lemon. Flavor is
moderately sweet, moderately acidic, slightly acetic. Finish is lightly
sweet, moderately acidic, slightly acetic. Light to medium body, watery
texture, lively carbonation. Slightly vinegary with a poor aroma makes
this one hard to drink. igneous1 (1374), Davenport, Iowa, USA
