Draft at Stockholm Beer Festival 2007. An amber beer with a thin orangey head. The aroma is sweet mlaty with notes of caramel, and so is the flavor, with a dry and slightly bitter finish.

Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival 2007
Beautiful golden color. The aroma, fresh, is very light, with some sugars. Good body structure, warming, a bit malty, but not special.

(Draught) Pours amber. Malty aroma with bread, honey and light caramel. Grassy, floral and herb like low alpha hops in the background. Also some hints of Woodland Strawberry. Medium rich malt flavour with tones of bread, honey and hints of caramel. Some hops in the flavour as well with tones of grass and herbs. Rather hard and syrupy mouthfeel. Medium to full sweetness with a rather low bitterness. Medium bodied.
