Not aggressive, but a nice flavor that gets a bit more bitter as it goes along. Good stuff. luttonm (307), Belgrade, Serbia

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Aug 7, 2007 Bottle from Albertson’s in Coeur d’Alene, ID. Pours a decent amber color with nice head. Smells of ctirus and grapefruit. Has a good hop bite with light malt but not dry still has a slight sweetness of the hops. I like this beer. Too bad it’s not sold in Texas. I could have this as an everyday "lighter" IPA which still has a very good hop flavor.

Taste has a pretty nice citrus hop bite to it, followed by some honey. It’s decent. IrishBoy (2719), Bakersfield, California, USA

An average, medoiocre, but drinkable IPA. Beats Bud any day! alexanderj (2280), Chino Hills, California, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 26, 2009 Bottle from my brother. I think he got it at Albertsons. Never heard of it before. Poured a nice looking clear amber color. Aroma of caramel, bread and citrus. Aroma wasn’t very strong. A pretty nice palate actually; quite soft and smooth. Not much of an IPA more like a fairly hoppy APA. A bit earthy, floral and citrus in the finish. Not overly bitter. A pretty solid balance there too. Wow; surprisingly decent beer. | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 12, 2009 My Bottom Line:
Resinous hops thrive atop lightly breaded caramel malts in this simple but efficient India Pale Ale.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A sheet of foam covers the misty light amber.
-The resinous hop bitterness is lengthy even though the hop presence is not too talkative in the flavor profile.
-The malts offer some subtle biscuit notes too.
-I didn’t get anything wrong in this bottle, so I don’t really understand the very low marks.
