i know, i know, i’m desperate for a beer and none of the ones that i have bought to rate have been in the fridge, so im stuck having one of my wife’s... pours an almost white-yellow, looks like piss, with not much of a white head, very carbonated. smell - tap water in san diego (who i am praying for right now), a little bit of grain, not much more of a smell. taste - soda water, there might be a hop or two in there... i can see why people drink this swill, tastes like water with a little carbonation, this should not be called a beer.

Offering from my buddy, so this is the "good stuff" he keeps in his fridge. Knowing full well what these low carb beers are about this is right on par with the others, which is far below par for regular beers including light and swill pale lagers. Aroma of paper and cardboard, faint and empty. Pleasant light yellow hue with a diminishing head and zero lace. Empty on the palate, this isn’t even quenching or refreshing. Flavor is absent, more cardboard and air. Ugh, what a complete absence of anything resembling a standard beer.

Very dry and unintersteing. No flavor. Easy to drink... because there isn’t much there. Not worth it. 12 oz. bottle.

Everyone drinks it at the bars. They say it is the BEST light beer out there......I say it is BAD weather it’s light, dark, purple or green.

Bottle, born on 8/21/07, sampled side-by-side with room-temperature bottled water. Poured clear, bright, well.. damn near clear (just a light yellow tint.. short cap of synthetic white head after a minute or so.. the water was a little lighter in color). The nose didn’t pick up much.. some sweet grains, pale malts, and light corn.. non-offensive, but almost non-existent. The flavor also had faint malty sweetness (corn and pale malts) with mild dry dusty notes where hops should be.. tacky, but otherwise non-offensive finish. Extremely light-bodied with a water-like consistency, save for the aforementioned tackiness.. the high carbonation was the greatest difference from the water (which was still), and only served to make it harder to drink and make me belch.

Well, there really isn’t much too this beer. But maybe that is the point? There might have been some faint grainy hops aroma, nothing much. It has a bland, clear gold appearance with a minimal white head. The flavor is very watered down and mildly beer-ish. It’s lightly fizzy, a touch dry, and quite thin. Overall it’s a really plain beer, and somewhat water-like. If you are super worried about calories then I guess this beer could be an acceptable choice.

Fizzy. Fizzy. More Fizzy. Overcarobonated. Fizzy. Bland. Tasteless with perhaps just the slightest yeasty flavor. Then Fizzy. Fizzy. More Fizzy.
