Once again I find myself wondering why I’m bothering pouring this into a glass... ahh, the things I do for the greater good of beer democracy. Anyhow, there is a slight difference between the color of this and that of tap water. I’d say Ultra is about two shades darker. Has a big head, fizzy and quickly fading. Aroma is the only thing worth mentioning... a little bit of a peppery flavor adds some intrigue and I find myself thinking, "Could this be better than I expect?" Then I take a sip... wait, did I? Can’t tell... there is no flavor in my mouth that would suggest beer. But that aroma... huh? Really something. Swalden28 (1531), McKinney, Texas, USA
