Not much smell... Water usually doesn't smell.
Taste isn't bad, but only because there's not much of one. Surprise.
Sure, I suppose it's drinkable, for those who don't like the taste of beer. can8ianben (911), Pasadena, California, USA

COmpletely lacking in everything, but those ads look soooo good. I wouldn't want to hang with a babe that hinks this is beer, no matter how good looking she is. We are heading to Molson Ice territory... rmussman (906), California, USA

| 1.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 1/5 | 2/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | Feb 12, 2005 michelob lager glass / champagne? i’ve had better champagne than this. oh! it’s beer. okay, let me think... hmm. well, it’s not offensive if drunk cold and in certain situations. wait, wait, and wait... A Pale Lager: "These beers are brewed for minimum character, though faint traces of hop or malt may show through." huh? so, this style equates low scores with high quality? well, okay, well, then... consider this 1.2 to REALLY mean 3.8. | 0.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 1/5 | 2/10 | 1/5 | 2/20 | Jul 24, 2006 Pours with an overcarbonated feel, CO2 induced and unnatural. The head doesn’t last, and the look is somewhere between straw and water. Too many carbonation bubbles try to make up for the lack of any substance to this beer. The nose is of sour corny grains. The flavor, honestly, is the weakest of any brew I think I’ve tried. I get about the same from the flavor as I do the mouthfeel.... seltzer water. Again, overcarbonation provides for a seltzer finish. This might be good for those watching their carbs, but I’ll leave you with an interesting note: Years ago, I was one of the "test subjects" for this beer. At that point, WAY before I got into craft brews, I thought that this was wonderful.... It was touted as "crisp and cold", and I bought into it. Now, years later after revisiting it, I am so embarrassed to have fallen into that scam. Now that the initial advertising campaign has passed, I’m glad I see this for what it really is: Not a good beer. Jine (896), Nutley, New Jersey, USA

Tried this only because my friend on Atkins bought me one. If you are trying to watch your carbs, beer is not the place to sacrifice. Please, think of the beer.
