I tried based on the commercials. It is the last time I do that.

I found this to be refreshing, albeit very light in taste. The color is light and the flavor is watered down. Okay if you want to drink a light flavor lager. Not my type of beer normally though.

There is an aroma. Could be malt and hop. Very pale gold color with a decent white head. Very thin body with fizzy carbonation. The flavor is not bad - straight pale malt. It’s at least as tasty as a number of NAs (though not the Bitburger). Something of a paper/herb finish. Bitter is not detectable by my palate.

12 oz bottle, sampled 4/24/08. Pale straw yellow colour with a fully diminishing fizzy white head. Faint grainy aroma. Faint grainy flavour. Light bodied, dry and fizzy. Any less character and it would be like drinking a glass of air.

Generally, I am fairly forgiving of the American Light/Standard style. I like these beers pulled out of an icy cooler on a hot summer day. I cannot, however, forgive this beer for its many faults. There is a strange dead tone to its malt and hop characteristics. Some cardboard flavor. Hops lend a sourness rather than bitterness. This truly tasted like carbonated water hinting at malts and hops.

This is the problem we have when it comes to beer, you have those who love ales and lager and all that dark heavy stuff. Then you have those who like an ice cold good’ol brew on a hot day (american style). Well, if you thought Coors Light was water, this tops it. Eventually it will taste like beer. I still buy it because if its a hot day and I don’t want that nasty feel of having a few brews, this hits the spot better than a soda or a dark beer, heck, even plain water no question! For those who are thirsty and are choosing either to have a bottled water or a light beer, this is it. Also, if you are someone who is health conscious, this might be for you. Most beer drinkers aren’t, but they do exist.

This is the least flavor of a beer that I've ever had. It has a tiny bit of that nuttiness that regular Michelob has, but it's so faint that you really have to be looking for it to notice it. It does have a little bit of a citrusy character to it that almost gives it character, but really it tastes kind of like city water.

This beer has an absolutely horrible smell. I can't describe it - but it's bad. the color is just a step above the smell. The taste is bearable for this type of beer, but can you really call it beer?
