Aroma was a refreshing scent of water. Poured clear with no head unless you poured it wrong into the glass. Taste was water...not sure where the "ultra" fits in. Definitely an option only for the Atkin's dieter.

Pours a white, five finger head that vanishes within a minute leaving no lace . Clear, very pale amber color. Very light carbonation and very light bodied. Nose is faintly hoppy and malty. Starts on the sweet side but tastes like flavored water. Finish is like drinking water - nothing there. $1.49 for a 12oz bottle from Concord Farm, Concord, NH.

michelob lager glass / champagne? i’ve had better champagne than this. oh! it’s beer. okay, let me think... hmm. well, it’s not offensive if drunk cold and in certain situations. wait, wait, and wait... A Pale Lager: "These beers are brewed for minimum character, though faint traces of hop or malt may show through." huh? so, this style equates low scores with high quality? well, okay, well, then... consider this 1.2 to REALLY mean 3.8.

Almost no aroma to speak of with very mild bread like sent. Clear and lots of carbonation with a medium white head. Flavor is like mild yeast to malt. Easy to drink, but so is water and this is supposed to be beer.

Bottle. After hearing advertisements I decided to try this. It was claimed that this beer had a lot of flavor for a light beer. I must disagree! There was flavor, just not much. Now, with that said, if I just finished mowing the lawn and was wanting some ice cold water, I might grab this instead. Overall, drinkable but why?

Well, shortly after joining the site and getting off to a decent start, I decided to try the Atkins diet. It’s working, but the beer options are killing me. So it came to be that I will be rating low carb beers for hopefully only a few more weeks. The aroma is rather weak with a slight malty nose with an even slighter hops aroma. Pours a very pale yellow, very similar to a 7-and-7 with a very small quickly diminishing white head. Taste is very watery with a slightly sweet (and I mean slightly) finish. Very smooth, very dry. Not a whole lot of taste, but I really didn’t expect any. Way better than Rock Green Light which is the only other low carb beer I’ve had, but will not be rating it unless I get a free one because I will not buy a 6-pack just to rate one bottle.

Pours ultra pale. Has a foul chemical aroma. Tastes like carbonated water with a slight grain flavor.

I don't know, how can people drink this stuff and call it great beer.Nice macro brew color but thats the end of the great revue now it's down and dirty.faint pale head a very slight malt aroma, some hops and the smell of the river here in my town just as the ice breaks up.flavor was watery little to no real taste other then it was some what malty the once in a while errant hop flavor.this is ridiculous and don't deserve a long revue game over .
