Bottled. This beer is being pushed very hard in the UK at the moment, along with Coors Lite. The timing makes sense. I guess the target market is the larger bothans that drink Stella, et al. Pale golden fizz that just managers a bitter nip at the start, its hard to imagine any ale lovers converting to this stuff. Most lovers of real ale don’t give a monkeys about their waste line, its usually too late.

Bottle: Poured a super light yellow color lager with a thin bubbly head that disappeared very quickly. Aroma of very light adjunct and water. Taste is lighter then Coors light which I didn’t’ though was possible with light adjunct and very little else to note. Body is closer to Perrier then any other beer I drank before. One of the blandest beer I have drank in my life.

Light, clear, and nearly tasteless. The good news is that this beer is low in calories. The bad news, for Michelob, is that Becks Premier Light tastes ten times better with even fewer calories. I’d still prefer this to Bud or Bud Light.

Add a drop of hops and some alcohol and you have Michelob Ultra. Yea you might lose weight drinking this. But if this is the path I'd rather be fat!!! Not very good extremely watery. Hey its up to you. I wouldn't again, but thats me. Had this after tasting some marzens felt like I was drinking bottled water.

Extremely pale yellow. I’ve drank well water with more color. Fizzy and watery mouthfeel. Really has very little flavor, so it is hard to judge any flavor qualities. Nothing offensive, however. It will not make you gag if drunk real fast like some other lite beers. Very little discernable aroma. Hop bitterness undetectable. If you love beer for the flavors and complexities availiable, this is not for you. If you like beer that goes down easy and gets you drunk without enough flavor to be detected over the food you’re eating, then this is for you. It is what it is, and I’m sure they will sell a lot.

Its still cheaper than bottled water. But that’s what it is, throw in a little carbonation and head detergent and your good to go.

I’m being generous with my ratings, and unfortunately, there is no place to put a zero for the spots I put a 1. openwindow’s analogy seems to be fairly accurate.

Where’d my beer go? Taste is like water with a hint of malt and hops. Good to drink a lot of, but that’s about it.
