Commercial Description:
Made popular in the 19th century in Dortmunder, Germany, these pale golden lagers exhibit a classic clean character with notes of biscuity malts. Bitterness is akin to a German Pilsner with an aromatic aroma. Mouthfeel is firm and even, with an overall dry tone.

Pours honey yellow with a white head. Very little aroma, maybe a light touch of grain, but not much. Smooth, lightly malted, almost a hint of skunk (even though it probably never say much light in its life), and a touch of soap and hops.Nothing outstanding, yet nothing horrible, either.

12 oz bottle in the Michigan brewing multipack, labeled as "BIg Mac". Yellow pale with white head. Not much aromoa at all, I mean, I understand that it;s not supposed to be much, but come on. I really want to meanly pan this beer and I am not going to write what’s in my notes, all I have to say is asparagus. Med to light in body, only thing that is spot on. One of the worst light beers I’ve had in a while, worse than most macros.

Had this under the alias "Big Mac." Hazy light brown color. Abundant yet quickly disappearing white foamy head, no lacing. Having read some reviews prior to trying, I had low expectations. However, I found this brew to be better tasting than the reviews would have one believe. Still, I would not purchase this one again.
