12 oz bottle. Poured a bit light yellow and relatively clear. What little head head it started with disappeared almost immediately. There’s little aroma here, only vaguely spicy. The flavor is a bit more robust, but still a tad shallow ... slightly alcohol-laced, but that unfortunately drives the flavor. And that’s about all there is to it. I’m disappointed. Pours a very pale yellow with quick and constant carbonation under a white head that doesn’t hold long. Rich banana nose with undertones of spice and florals. Rather thick bodied for such a pale looking brew, with a bit of heat on the tongue and in the belly. Richly flavored with a "grand" Belgian profile... yeasty and sweet. The tongue is left alcohol-numb for awhile to follow. Rather nice.

Light golden with a big white head that quickly fades. Very nice aroma. Citrus, coriander, and spices. Flavor is also very nice. Quite spicy with a nice mix of citrus (bananna), light malts and hops. A very good Belgian style.

Pours a golden yellow with an off-white head. Smells of fragrant pears, orange peel, lemon and fresh hay. Taste is ’just right’, with a bit of lemony hops, yeast, drying clove, and fruit malt. I just like this one, very effective Belgian with a higher refined level than most ’domestic belgians’. Picked this 12 oz bottle out at World Market in Vienna, VA.

Hop and sweet clover aroma, erlatively strong. Golden color, thin head, but good lacing. Balanced cherry and hop flavor, a little buttery. Lousy mushroom, yeast, and hop finish. This beer has plenty of flavor and complexity, but not necessarily pleasing. Caveat: Belgian styles are not particularly something I enjoy.

Golden pour basically no head. Strong orange and honey aroma. Taste is honey malts all the way, wheat, orange, citrus, bananas, croiander. Very refreshing, very easy to drink, an awesome beer.
