Hop and sweet clover aroma, erlatively strong. Golden color, thin head, but good lacing. Balanced cherry and hop flavor, a little buttery. Lousy mushroom, yeast, and hop finish. This beer has plenty of flavor and complexity, but not necessarily pleasing. Caveat: Belgian styles are not particularly something I enjoy.

12 oz. bottle. Small, foamy head. Pours golden. Malty, citrus nose. Honey taste, with citrus and spices. great, refreshing, light flavor. Good summer beer. One of my faves.

Golden pour basically no head. Strong orange and honey aroma. Taste is honey malts all the way, wheat, orange, citrus, bananas, croiander. Very refreshing, very easy to drink, an awesome beer.

pours a crystal clear dirty gold color with an underwhelming small white head. tripelesque aromas of banana, citrus, yeast and unfortunately some phenol alcohol aroma. flavor is a weak tripel, with the same characteristic ’overclean’ finish from some of MBC’s other brews. overall it tastes average but definitely not up-to-par for a good belgian style.

Filtered...not usually a good sign for a belgian brew. Nose is spices, citrus, lemon. Soapy on the palate. An attempt at a tripel. This is very average. Nothing offensive, but it really doesn’t stand out in a style where it should.

12oz - Light gold color, looks almost flat on the pour. Lemon and coriander on nose. Perfumy flavor profile, almost like a tripel.

Gold color with no head. Good aroma of oranges and a little coriander. Maybe a little cloves? Very hoppy flavor that results in a very dry and bitter palate. A little wheat on the finish.
