Pours hazy straw yellow gold with a white head. Nose is sugary lemon, some alcohol burn, almost a chardonnay tartness with slight pepper, coriander, and spice. Flavor is similar to a dry chard with citrus, alcohol, and some yeast and pepper. Finishes with a crisp dryness amongst the light body. Very interesting, vinuous beer.

12oz bottle. Pours a very clear light golden yellow with lots of big soda bubbles and a thin foamy airy white head. Aroma is stinky hay, cheesed noble hops blended with Belgian yeast, vanilla, some glassy sugar, pungent. What a weird beer, so werid, soo soo weird, yet not terrible, vanilla and skunk, soo soo boozy, rubbing alcohol, grassy, herbal, this is a trick on my senses. Long vanilla finish. Medium bodied, lighter feeling, great smooth but crisp fine fluffy carbonation, dry. What is this?

Sample at Brewnosers’ meeting April 2008. Pale amber colour with a mostly lasting off-white head. Fruity, caramel, and yeasty aroma. Sweetish honey, brown sugar, fruity, and yeasty flavours. Medium bodied, effervescent.

Grainy pale malt aroma with some subtle herbs and spices, mildly powerful and fairly inviting. Crisp golden yellow color with a 1/2" bright white head and tons of spotty lacing. Lighter in body than anticipated, finishes with some alcohol hotness. Sweet and gritty. Quirky yeast flavor with a light musty quality. Hints of mixed citrus fruits and banana. Dried herbs and vanilla extract. Tastes pretty good at first, but it wears thin and becomes cloying by the end of the bottle.

Somewhat spicy aroma with some hints of citrus. Pale gold and hazy. Smooth entry with some carbonation and a mildly hoppy finish with a lasting, ripe banana and vanilla sweetness.

Hazy golden yellow with a thin white head that laces a tad. Aroma of herbal hops, yeast, coriander, sweet and toasted malt and alcohol. Taste of spicy yeast, fruit, pear, herbs, alcohol and toasted malt. Some mild warming, nothing special here.

The only redeeming quaility this beer had was that it was 8% ABV. As side from that, I would label this beer a watse fo money. Purchased it in a vareity pack at a local distubtor.

Bottle. Poured a very pale clear gold with minimal head. Aroma was very sweet with fruit notes. Flavor was overly sweet with some spices and apple notes.
