| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Feb 11, 2006 12 oz bottle, via Styles. Pours a slightly hazy straw color, with a small large bubbled head. Fruity aroma with lots of spices and hints of yeast, hay, and wheat. Very spicy flavor up front with lots of wheat and yeast on the finish. Fairly superficial flavor profile, not a whole lot of depth or complexity. Nice spritzy carbonation, medium bodied, with a refreshing finish. This is a fairly enjoyable beer, but it lacks alot of the complexity and depth that this used to have a few years ago when it was made in Texas. Lubiere (4551), Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
