alobar (1006), Harleysville, Pennsylvania, USA Oct 18, 2009 Bottle. Lots of vanilla flavor. Minimal aroma of vanilla, and cherry extract. Sweet, but not one I’ll try again. Narnad (681), Wonder Lake, Illinois, USA Sep 29, 2009 Sampled at Lundeen’s Brew Ha-Ha 2009. Pours a pink-orange color with a small white head that leave some low amounts of lacing. Aroma has some light grainy notes and raspberry syrup. Flavor has a light clove note, very light malt note and all the rest is raspberry. Very light body with a thin texture and high carbonation. The color of the brew is not really a natural color with the flavor not cloying but is very pronounced of raspberry. llcooldave (309), San Antonio, Texas, USA Aug 26, 2009 Beautiful fruity raspberry scent. Clear orangy copper in color. Very clean berry taste with a slight malt aftertaste. Overall, it’s not as sweet as I expected... deliciously smooth. drowland (1360), Tallahassee, Florida, USA Aug 14, 2009 Generally disappointed compared to other raspberry beers. Big malt with little tang or fruit. Others are definitely better. bigrond (1043), factoryville, Pennsylvania, USA Aug 12, 2009 The only thing fruit-like about this beer is its name. 3.9%ABV, anemic color, and horrid flavor. This is as bad a beer as I’ve had in a long time. Skip this one at all costs. swoopjones (1862), Buffalo, New York, USA Jul 28, 2009 Bottle, courtesy of Metzger. Light pink pour. Light raspberry, citrus wit nose. Flavor is fruity, almost toying, artifical. Drinkable. Nice deck beer Headbanger (1574), Aurora, Illinois, USA Jul 13, 2009 12oz bottle 7/13/09 (Siciliano’s Market-Grand Rapids)-Pours a clear pink with a small loose white head. Aroma of raspberryand more raspberry. Taste of the same with more sweetness. This light bodied brew would be quite refreshing on a hot summer day. hayduke (1619), Eureka, California, USA Jul 10, 2009 From a 12 oz bottle courtesy of a trade with Erik of Indiana, this poured a clear pink with a white head. Light lacing. Nose of raspberry and citrus. Medium mouthfeel. Flavor is more like a wine cooler than a beer, and the finish is light and sweet. Despite all of this it was quite drinkable and refreshing.
