(12oz bottle) Lightly hazed peach body with medium white head. Aroma is medium sweet, raspberry tartness, pastry, light peach. Taste is medium sweet, raspberry soda, light peach, tartness (quite a bit less than the aroma suggests). Soft, light body, faint acidity, easy drinking.

Gold body with a light white head. Sweet wheat aroma. Spicey raspberry taste, wheaty. Smooth and spicey ending.

Clear light golden body. Verysweet raspberry aroma with a wheat background. Sweet raspberry flavor almost overpowering the wheat background.

8/23/2006: I picked this up for my wife, but of course I had to sneak a sip or two... Peach (slightly pink) in color, slightly hazy. Almost clear - just a slight haze. Gentle carbonation. Smells like a white beer (wheat, yeasty) with a little bit of raspberry. Flavor is the same - a nicely balanced white beer with a faint hint of raspberry? (or something -it’s sweet and fruity, but I’m not exactly sure how to describe it). This beer has a soft mouthfeel. I kind of like it and keep sipping at it trying to discern the flavor - I think it almost tastes like bubblegum...

12 oz bottle; $1.50+tax from River’s Bend.

5/30/2007: Celis Raspberry has a pale peach color, is clear, and has a foamy peach head that leaves some lacing. The aroma is sugary and artificial and reminds me of smashed up Smarties candy. The flavor is similarly distinct with some wheat malt, yeast, and that same artificial raspberry flavor. The body is light and this beer is light on the palate. A little bit of this beer goes a long way. I still don’t really like it!

Bottle. Raspberry aromas, with some raspberry flavors. The downside is that it isn’t too strong, and it feels a little thin.

Pours a light golden with a pinkish hue. The aroma is lighly raspberry and the flavor has a slight astringency with a touch of raspberry.

From bottle. Pours a pinkish orange with thin white head. Nose is syrupy coriander. Flavor is like a witbier with a bad raspberry syrup added. Does not work.

12 oz bottle shared with and courtesy of gputty. Sickly pinkish gold color, slight white head. There is an odd, cheap peanut-candy scent that really distracts from the coriander and raspberry nose. Lousey raspberry and coriander flavor; like a bad wit that someone covered up with artificial raspberry flavor. Total drain pour; I could not finish 1/2 a bottle. Absolutely foul!
