The aroma is full of green grapes, a little lemon, and a touch of yeast. Smooth and thin, with tastes of sour fruit, earth, spice, and wheat. Decent overall. pnista (1008), Bloomington, Indiana, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 8, 2008 Lightly cloudy light yellow with a thin even film of white. Oddly lightly smokey over light wheat esters. Lightly sweet coriander with a hint of lemon. Middling body, on the thin side, with low carbonation. Sharp lemony wheat, salt. A bit creamy. Very fruity. acidic. Lingering lemon. Refreshing beer, this would be nice in the summer heat I am sure. EithCubes (2151), Indiana, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Feb 22, 2008 Bottle. Wheaty and very estery aroma, strong, dry breadiness with subtle citrus and slight but rounding clove. Sickly yellow pour with a fizzy whitish head. Medium-fullish, sticky body. Good wit taste, perhaps a little off with the sticky bubblegum, but the aftertaste is dry and bready. Wheat malt is a bit too grainy, and there nice acidity veers a little too close to metallic. Still, for such a widespread and near-standard Ami wheat beer, and at such a low alcohol, this is about as good as we’re going to get! boFNjackson (1310), Portland, Oregon, USA

Very sour and tart aroma. Mildly carbonated with flavors of clove and lots of esters. Citrusy presences and a yeast aftertaste. This brew was ok, but
lower quality than a lot of others of the same style. Some of the flavors could have been subdued a bit as the esters were a bit overbearing. jmikolich (405), Athens, Ohio, USA

Spicy aroma of orange peel and yeast. Taste includes some pepper and sour citrus fruits. Mouthfeel is rather thin, but this beer still contains some interesting flavors that were unique. Pours yellow, cloudy, with a small white head. Aroma is orange peel, spice. Flacor is similar, yeasty, with citrus, fruit, and spice. I remember it being much better when I lived in TX.
