| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Oct 2, 2007 This is a verey good wit. Had the appearance been up to par it could have been higher. Pour was a murky light gold but no head even after a vigorous pouring. Aroma of lemon and a tad of wheat. Taste was nicely carbonated and picked up hints of wheat, yeast and lemon in the aftertaste. Full flavor for this style. Nicely done. bhensonb (4336), Woodland, California, USA
