May 31, 2007 Pours hazy golden yellow, small white head. Oange and spices in the aroma. Flavor is orange and honey all the way. Wheat is very evident with subtle hallertau hops in the background. Mainly orange and honey with wheat and spices with a tasty wit yeast that gives a great spiciness, good beer.

May 25, 2007 Va BF 07 Draft: Raspberry and corn aroma. Yellow color, but a bit cloudy. Medium head, good lacing. Sour apple and well balanced hops. Nice hop finish. Thin mouthfeel.

May 13, 2007 Botle Pours a hazy dingy white/yellow witha quick thin white head. Even thin and quickly dissipating lacing. Lots of fruity yeasty aroma. Flavor is light and sweet and not much of the classic Belgian yeat flavor. Some banana notes witha touch of sweet citrus. Very light palate and softly carbonated.
Refreshing on a hot day, not much of a fan though.

May 11, 2007 12 oz. bottle. Classic wheat aroma: orange, bubblegum, cinnamon; fruity and floral sweetness. Pours a slightly hazy, sparkling, pale gold with a moderate amount of near white head. Tart, lemony, sour, salty flavor. Hops noticeable, which is not a given in this style. Dry finish. Lightly bitter aftertaste. Light to medium in body. Lively, frothy, and soft in the palate. Easy to drink. Pleasant but not remarkable overall.

May 10, 2007 Pours a golden yellow color with a small white head. Candied fruit aromas dominate this baby. Beligan yeast dominates the flavor with orange zest and some lemon flavors in there also. The flavor seems to last for awhile.Not bad!

Apr 25, 2007 a spritzy and hazy dark straw liquid - lots of bright citrus and spice to go with a hay-like rural malt aroma. medium bodied, with a flavor profile fairly well matched to the aroma, with some ester flavors of light-colored fruit ; no major surprises, other than a perceptible sourness in the finish.

Apr 24, 2007 Hazy yellow pour with a foamy white head. Smells of candi sugar, orange and lemon zest, banana and some yeastiness. Sweet, somewhat cloying flavor with lots of banana esters, candi sugar, light citrus and s slightly sour finish. Medium body., a little sticky.

Apr 20, 2007 Pours a golden color with a white head. Aroma is of banana, lemon, a little citrus, spices, and some yeast. Flavor is strong of the lemon and spices with a background of banana and citrus. Flavor kind of dies quickly, but this brew is actually somewhat decent. Much better then the celis raspberry.
