Aug 4, 2006 The body was cloudy light yellow with a white head on top. The aroma was typical corriander wuth lots of orange peels. There was a strong note of herbal cough drops that bothered me. The taste was oranges with more herbs and hay. The finish reminded me of cough syrup. Too much on the herbs.

Jul 22, 2006 pours a hazy gold with quickly dissipating white head. aroma is quite yeasty with some lemon and spice. tastes very smooth and simple. lots of good bread flavor. very refreshing wheat beer.

Jul 15, 2006 Hazy yellowish color, small head, medium to low carbonation. Nose of citrus, yeast and coriander. A litlle sweet, a touch sour, watery and refreshing, body being a little creamy. Reminds me of "eau de vaisselle"... Not very complex but refreshing.

Jul 12, 2006 Draft, Baja Bean, Staunton VA. Hazy golden with white head, served with lemon wedge. Subdued nose of coriander, wheat, and lemon. Light, crisp palate, with mildly spicy flavors of wheat and coriander, and a nice lemon kick in the finish (from the wedge). Good food beer, but nothing all that exciting.
