An upscale after a sweat quick one - or two :-) - that you’ll find cloudy, pale moon yellow, a touch spiced, white headed and satifying.

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | May 7, 2004 Updated: Sep 17, 2007I had this when it first came out, when Miller took complete control, and MBC’s version. MBC: Poured amber with decent head. Smells of yeast, citrus and fruit. Tastes light and refreshing with citrus and slight hop. A great lawnmower beer with enough citrus to be interesting and different, although I admit I’ve never had more than 2 at any one sitting. I had this again recently and was underwhelmed .. tasted more like a hefe than a wit. Disappointing. I hope this was a bad batch. AndersR (194), Århus, Denmark
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Mar 23, 2004 Pale cloudy orange with a huge lasting white head. Lots of interesting aromas in this beer! Most dominant is a combination of yeast and citrus but underneath is alot of undertones especially wheat and spices. Flavour is interesting too. Citrus is a bit too dominant for me, but also tons of wheat, with a honey sweat finish. A bit watery at the end, but i guess thats ok for a belgian white ;-)
A good witbier, but not as good as some of the "real" belgians ;-) Terminus (1955), Las Cruces, New Mexico, USA

Cloudy off white appearance. Smell of clove, somce spices and belgian yeast. nice body for the style. Sweet and sour flavors of both banana's counteracting the hops that do exist in this beer. I wish i had the old version.
