Feb 1, 2009 Cloudy banana yellow, thin white head. Aroma of yeast, orange, coriander and faint smoke. Taste of a standard Belgian wit – orange, coriander with some mild Belgian sugar mixed in. Not too bad.

Jan 31, 2009 Nice cloudy look and a complex wheat beer smell. Lacks a head and what head it has disappears quickly. Brussels lace and carbonation bubbles seem nonexistent. Complex citrus and flowery flavors are dominated by acidic taste.

Jan 28, 2009 Light golden color. Very hazy...almost completely opaque. Head is fluffy, though fades quickly. Mild citrus aroma. Mellow front, with hints of banana and lemon...slight crispness. Subtle spice notes, specifically clove, blend into the back...finish has a long citrus tang. Though a tad light in flavor, this brew is quite refreshing and still manages to maintain its overall complexity.

Jan 24, 2009 A nice, if less than great white, this pours a hazy, light yellow, with a nice white head. Nose has some citrus notes, along with yeast, and the flavor is similar. A refreshing, light bodied beer.

Jan 11, 2009 bottle - Pours hazy light yellow with a one finger white head. It has a citrus yeast aroma with some wheat malt apparent. It’s a sweet witbier with the malt dominating this light, refreshing brew. Citrus notes accent it nicely. It’s a little thin, but pretty good overall.

Jan 5, 2009 Bottle. Pours hazy corn yellow with a multi-sized soap foam head. Smell is of bananas and grain malts. Taste is a litlle wtery, banana flavor stands out first, the some citrus and some spices. Other notes of light fruit present as well, like pears and some apricot or peach. Weirdly sweet at first, then waters away quickly. A thin bubbly body as its not carbonated enough. Just another beer that gets a little better by the time you are closer to the bottom of the glass.

Dec 31, 2008 Poured a very light straw color with a very small white head. Really liked the way it looked in the pint glass. Smelled alright, earthy, and sweet flowery malt. First sip was allright, but as I went on, it was apparent that you could not drink too many of these.
