Commercial Description:
Our interpretation of a legendary style is not for the timid. Strong, assertively hoppy and dangerously seductive. A skillful blend of three premium barley malts with generous amounts of Northern Brewer and Cascade Hops creates a special ale to satisfy even the most demanding palate.

Pours a light amber with a nice head and nice lacing. Nice aroma of pine, citrus, sweet malt. Nice sweet flavor balanced with a good amount of bitterness.

Nicely done. Orange in color with a nice frothy head. Mostly pine hops on the nose with a crisp pine finish.

Bottle. (7.25%) A slightly unclear, orange-golden beer with a dense beige head. Fruity, piney nose, quite sugar maltyness and some notes of beef-stock. Lovely piney and citrusy hop flavor, with a good bitterness and balancing malty sweetness. Full body. Long, piney finish balanced with malty sweetness. Really pleasant, without being world class. [1593-20080816] 355mL bottle. Muted grains aroma, not much there. Clear, amber brown body with a quick foamy off-white head. Heavy yeast flavour has a little grainy bitterness and a hint of lemon seeds. Medium body. Average.

Pour is a copper with a fizzy white head. Aroma is a very clean smalling hop but not much else. Flavor is decent with a intense grapfruit and caramel malt backbone. This was a decent beer.

Bottle@The Rover, Göteborg. Yellowish bubbely head. Hazy copper brown colored body. Strong aroma of yellow grapefruit, with notes of flowers and perfume. Extremely citrus-fruity taste, fresh and acidulous, nicely balanced with sweet malts. Crisp and lively mouthfeel. Well-bodied. Crisp and bitter ending. Very nice.

This comes courtesy of my friend Toni, Thanks!! This pours a classic IPA amber/orange with a slightly smokey aroma. The flavor is also on the smokey/oaky side, And I prefer a fruitier IPA typically. But overall, it’s a very good IPA, and a good representation of the style.

This beer is one of the best examples of the ipa style. Aggressive hops at the beginning and finish. A beautifully balanced ale designed for hopheads only.
