Commercial Description:
Our interpretation of a legendary style is not for the timid. Strong, assertively hoppy and dangerously seductive. A skillful blend of three premium barley malts with generous amounts of Northern Brewer and Cascade Hops creates a special ale to satisfy even the most demanding palate.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with an orangey head. The aroma has strong notes of hops and grass as well as medium notes of citrus and grapefruit. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and a hop bite leaving notes of lemon and grapefruit - lovely.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Label claims 7.25% ABV. Warm deep amber golden with a dense off-white head. Sweetish aroma of burned caramel and good aroma hops. Medium-bodied with sweetish burned caramel, fruit and lovely peachy hop accents in the finish with a dry bitterness. A very neat American IPA. 210908

Bottled at Bishop’s Arms Vasagatan, Stockholm. Clear amber rich head. Grapefruity nose. Sweet with caramelly crystal malt and fairly light body. The hops soon turns to resin and oilyness, the mouthfeel turns somewhat syrupy. Finishes with piney, resiny bitterness. Decent IPA, although not one that excels anywhere.

A robust hoppiness, perhaps lacking thing like style or subtlety, but I’ll take it.

Hazy amber color. An easy Ale, sweetish, a bit soapy, some nice caramel, not much hop, but not bad.

(12oz bottle) Pillowy big off-white head atop a cloudy amber body, nice lacing. Aroma is medium sweet, grapefruit, spicy, apricot. Taste is moderately sweet, grapefruit, some pineapple, spicy, caramel. Sticky medium-full body that holds the alcohol well. Sort of a tweener beer, well on the road to an IIPA.
