The aroma is fairly faint, but is somewhat grassy with a yeasty fruitiness to it. Medium-bodied, it has a refreshing banana and bubble gum taste. The finish is short and sweet. This is definitely good for the Summer.

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Feb 28, 2006 Growler courtesy of a travelling colleague. Pours a dark golden color with tiny bubbles. Medium foamy white head that stays pretty well. Thin, patchy lacing. Aroma of wheat and light malt. Light and smooth body with soft carbonation, with subtle wheat and sweet fruit flavors. Some malt as well. Nothing comes through very strong but at the same time the interplay between the airy flavors is somewhat pleasing. Not a great beer but intriguues me to try their other offerings. | 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 22, 2006 Transparent and pale golden copper in color with a quarter’s width of grey foam for the head. Saffron, vanilla and caramelized wheat lead the nose. A touch of smooth butternut squash and cloves meet a citric lemon zest in the distance. Light fairing flavor of herbal vanilla fabric sheets join with buttered and hardened croissants. Green marigolds and banana buttered danishes stroll dolefully in the background. Effervescence being moderate and the body as downright light don’t dissuade this one from being world’s better than the brewery’s other session wheat. Soapiness settles in with cotton for a clean wheat treat in its afterlife. Earlier Rating: 2/21/2005 Total Score: 2 Very clear with no unfiltered wheat in suspension. Little to no head, with a barely identifiable scent that is reminiscent of a Miller Lite. Bright, clean taste. Slightly yeasty, but not enough to be considered a wheat. This is more like a pale lager, and I don’t like pale lagers.
