Mar 2, 2006 Clear mahogany with a slight, white film and halo. This beer emits few aromas aside from malted grain and nuttiness which seems to be an integral component to the line-up. Flavor finds a mid-bodied, roasty dunkel with a pleasant linger.

Feb 15, 2006 (02.12.06) On tap at Mickey Finns brewpub, Libertyville, IL. 6% ABV. Clear dark brown Munich-style lager having a small white head. No discernable carbonation. Slight malty aroma. Medium-to-full bodied lager that starts with light malt sweetness and light caramel flavor. Finishes dry with light malt and bitterness fade. Smooth and malty. No discernable hop flavor. This is a good drinkable beer.
