Commercial Description:
Gudendark is our slightly darker version of the ever popular Hefe-Weizen. Just as refreshing as the Hefe, the Dunkel is darker in color with hints of caramel and chocolate malt. But like Hefe, it won't be around long, so come on in. Served in a 22oz Weiss glass brah. Sorry no lemon.

Dark brown pour. Aroma of banana, clove, yeast and spices. Taste: not sure about chocolate, but definitely caramel, bananas, cloves, brown sugar. Mouthfeel was full, overall it was my favorite beer that I had there.

Color: Brown as in the color of the wood of the bar that has been around for a couple of years, but not too dark. Medium lasting head. Aroma- strong banana, not much in yeast or spices. Taste- Very sweet, caramel, banana. Overall- Compared to their regular I thought this sucked. Too sweet, an odd color and no spices made for a bad dunkel.

This pours a hazy, deep caramel with a tall, creamy, pale tan head that does some solid lacing as you drink. The aroma is of old bananas, soft malts, and a touch of clove. Same with the flavor with a bit of rust added. Pretty refreshing brew.
