The color is a bright yellow and the head is a frothy white. The aroma is an intense malt sweetness, a bit of pome fruits, and a trace of floral hopping. This thing was WAY TOO SWEET for me, and for the style, too, I would suggest. It actually made it difficult to distinguish other flavors that may have been present. The finish, a sticky sweet syrup. One’s enough for me.

Nose was soft and grainy with some biscuity sweetness.. dusty noble hop accents. Flavor had a sweet biscuity base with moderate, dry bitterness surrounding.. faint head of citrus extends through a short finish.. solid. Light-bodied with rather high carbonation.. tad grainy.. felt and tasted very good for the style. vyvvy (2068), Hazelwood, Missouri, USA

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 18, 2005 Pale yellow color, extremely clear and vibrant, no head. Aroma is lemons and yeast. Taste is crisp and refreshing - a good match on a mid-April, 71-degree day. Flavor is predominantly lemony. Low bitterness. Somewhat astringent, but for once, that doesn’t bother me. Dry, silently sour finish. Mickey Finn’s did a nice rendition with this one. DavidP (1743), Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA
