Poured hazy yellow with no discernable head. No discernable carbonation. Clove and sweet malt aroma. Light to medium bodied ale that starts with light malt sweetness and odd tutti-fruitti and candy flavors. Finished with tutti-fruitti flavor fade and light hop bitterness. Not one of Mickey Finn’s better beers. steview (902), Los Angeles, California, USA

Nice foamy white head. The aroma is of lemon grass and banana with a whiff of subtle spiciness. This is very soft in the mouth. It’s got a nice clean banana flavor with cloves and a dollop of lemony acidity. Very refreshing drink.

Perhaps a light wheat body starts to show up toward the end. Odd ochre yellowish body. muzzlehatch (4427), Burlington, Vermont, USA

Lightly hazy, honeyish look...gorgeous big banana nose with some vanilla and pepper. Big fruity flavor, lots of malt, no bitterness, perhaps a might yeasty towards the end. joelpg1 (5), Illinois, USA does not count | 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 20, 2003 Definitely not for the wheat-o-phobic. Opaque appearance with very earthy flavoring. It has a lot of character from start to finish. A very good example of a quality crafted wheat beer. redlem (1155), Illinois, USA

They pour this into a traditional wheat glass and it deserves it. A cloudy honey color with a medium white head. Aroma is large: bananas, cloves, wheat, and bubblegum. Taste if full and rich with a lasting aftertaste. The best they offer here.
