Commercial Description:
This is what the French and the Belgians call "table beer". A lighter, lower in alcohol ale to be enjoyed with a meal. Our version is heavily hopped with French hops (again...not kidding)and it's dark color comes from toasted French malt. Maybe one of the lowest abv we produce.

On tap at the Mickey Finn Brew Pub. This one looked interesting and is one of the reasons I made the trip down from the Milwaukee area to try. Poured a medium and cloudy amberish color with a small sized off white head. Aromas were toasty, grains, bready, and I was getting some citrus in there. Tastes follow suit. I had a harder time nailing this one down. Props for a Brew Pub for brewing beers like this!
