Mickey Finns Oktoberfest

DRAFT Copper with decent, beige head / Sweet, malt nose / Medium body with a decent hop kick on the finish / Flavors of burnt sugar with a hint of orange and pine on the finish / Showed strongly at a 10 beer Oktoberfest tasting

On Tap at Mickey Finn’s. Clear reddish amber lager with average (but rapidly diminishing) white head with some lacing. Slight malty aroma. Light- to- medium body with creamy texture. Starts with a slight sweetish flavor but slight dryness at the finish. No discernable hop bitterness. A clean, refreshing drinkable beer.

A nice Marzen. Clear orange color with a small off-white head. Traditional caramel malt aroma and taste, light body, slightly dry finish. A good beer to drink and watch the colored leaves blowing in the street.
