Amber-copper; good chewy malts and English hops on the nose; flowery hops and chewy, slightly nutty malts on the palate. Nice.

12oz bottle-pours a rich off white head that alces and amber color. Aroma is nice resin/citrus hops, secondary medium malt. Taste is dry lemon/resin/citrus (northwest and English) hops with some bitter, secondary medium malt. Light/medium body. OK effervescence. Thanks to Joe-jwc215 for picking this out.

Pours copper with a white head. Smells of yogurt, straw, and grass. Tastes bitter with some mild rosey elements. Very sub par for a bitter.

Pours clear dark straw/caramel copper colored, with a 2-finger, fizzy white head. Aromas of honey malt, slight winey vinegar, floral spices, brown sugar. Very unique aroma. The taste was bready honey malt with some hopcit at mid-palate. Nicely balanced with a nice palate liveliness. Gets more hoppy as it warms with hints of that hoppy element found in Wailing Wench.

Golden ale with a thick off white head. Light honey malt but not much in floral hops in aroma. Nice cookie dough malt with restrained bitterness and good citrus notes, lingering in finish. Some nice butterscotch and earthy nuttyness gives this ESB some good character. A lighter ESB fine for summer.
