Bottled. Tasted and looked like an English amber. Had that English bitter aftertaste.

Pours a tansarent cola color with a 1.0 cm cola-colored head. Aroma is slightly malty with a mild hint of hops. As it warms, more chocolate aroma can be detected. Start is smooth with a deep malty flavor thats very enjoyable. Hints of choco-coffee. Nice palate. Nice beer.

Pours a ruby red color, with medium head. caramelized fruity aroma, maybe some apple or pit fruits. Kinda watery mouthfeel, with the fruity flavors coming thru. Ends with a nice bitter flavor, hints of chocolate adn roasted malts. An average beer, very drinkable.

Pours a deep red, with a medium sized tan head of which a small bit lasts, and laces fairly well. Aroma is butterscotch, a little nuttiness, and a bit of smookiness. Flavor is butterscotch (surpise!), slightly nutty, slightly fruity, and ends a bit bitter. Hints of bitter chocolate came through near the end as well. Body was on the thin side of medium.

Beer pours nicely into glass. Nice deep color and strong smell. Tast however seems to be lacking in general. It is weak and tastes somewhat watered down. I got this from beers of the world in Rochester, NY

While it won a bronze medal at the 1998 World Beer Championships, i'm sure it also won a bronze medal in the Crappiest Label category. Amber color with no head. Thick, bready feel to it.

Clear reddish orange color, sweet aroma, fizzy mouthfeel. I think that it is made with ringwood yeast.
