Pours murky brown with a medium head and good lacing. Flavor is more robust that aroma with the caramel taking the lead. Toffee and some hop bitterness in the finish. Palate is just sticky enough. A decent session brew. mcox90 (638), Wilton, USA

Thick coating of lace. Floral nose. Taste was an odd mix of floral hops, mild sweet malts and an odd flavor resembling soap. Might explain the foamy head, lol. Not a terrible brew, but not one to seek out. Zinister (1201), Houston, Texas, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jan 22, 2008 Thanks to grandet for tihs bottle. Pours a murky rusted brown this a decent off white head that leaves cloudy artwork swirling on top. Nose of brown sugar, caramel and roasted apples. I initially noticed that the body was weaker than I expected, however the flavor wasn’t too bad. Light caramel and soft malts with a rather quick finish. If they’d dial in the malts a little better it would be a solid beer. BEERGUY007 (206), Scotia, New York, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jan 12, 2008 I was a little sceptical about this beer. Its local, but as I am learning, many many good beers are local to me. This one comes from Syracuse. There’s a neat festival in Sterling north of Syracuse which is fun for the whole fam is you like middle ages themes. Anyway, 12 ounce beeer. Medium brown. ok head, little lace. Smells malty and after taste is carmel. Nice beer. Enjoy. SSSteve (2071), Atlanta, Georgia, USA

| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Nov 28, 2007 Bottle: This beer poured an amber red with a thin head that fizzed away quickly. It smelled of malts and hops. Kind of tasted like a massed produced beer, slightly watered down with not much flavor. It had hints of carmel and toffee. I wouldn’t buy this one again.
