RE-RATE: CASK - Cloudy gold-amber color. Medium malt body leads quickly to a full broad hop bitter that lingers. A hint of orange in the middle. Watery texture and overall not so good. Having this fresh from a cask may have help this rating for me. ORIGINAL (2.0): Foul sulfury nose, amber color, tall foamy head. Light and quick malt body with a short-lived hop bittering. Cheap and bad.

Poured amber in color with thick, bubbly head. Nice orange color. A bit fruitty with hops taste that doesn’t last too long.

Pours clear medium amber, medium creamy tan head that somewhat lasts and laces in sheets. Aroma is loaded with butterscotch, backed with quite a bit of hops. Flavor is dominated by an overpowering amount of butterscotch, with a slight fruitiness and a decent amount of hops to finish. Medium in body. The over the top butterscotch kinda kills this one for me.

(Draught) Large, almond head and light copper body. High hops nose though the flavour is of bitter hops. Bitter finish. Good.

Very nice head on this beer. It smelled very stong of fruit and alcohol. It tastes very full and powerful. This is a beer best to drink with food. It is almost too strong to drink alone. Best Middle ages beer I have had.

Deep orange out of the bottle with an attractive egg shell colored head that left lots of lace. Floral pine nose. Stong grapefruit rind bitterness with apple and orange flavors. Very sticky on the tounge. Hides the 7% ABV very well.

Amber golden hue, with a big, citrusy nose. Hint of lemon. Bubbly, effervescent on the tongue. Finishes very hoppy, dry and sour. Distinct hop effects on the sides of the tongue. Fantastic hop experience.
