head.Lemon aroma. Creamy with sourish finish. Above average carbonation. Just An average wit, picked up in Syracuse. I am not a big corriander nor cloves fan,

Light, macro-lager look with light head. Light, non-offensive aroma. Taste is light, wheaty, orange-ish but a bit weak. Pretty standard witbeer - I would lean a little more towards SPIT than SWALLOW with this one.

Any first impressions?
-A thin film of foam stands atop the inappropriate filtered golden (this is a witbier!)
-Honey-glazed coriander and orange zest offer simple, efficient spicing.
-Citrusy wheat evolves into a dry finish, as the spices aren’t as expressive as they were in the nose.
-Carbonation’s not fluffy enough for a witbier, its prickliness definitely reminiscent of American takes on the style.

What if you dig deeper?
-The aromatic coriander develops milkiness.
-The curtain call recalls leafy spiciness, but withered and stale.
-The alcohol level doesn’t show in the flavor department; I admit to being surprised at its high gravity.
-Not a proper Belgian witbier, but a decent spicy quaffer nonetheless.

Bottle; no date.

Tap: Pours a hazy straw color with a small white head. Flavor is of wheat and a little vanilla. The flavor is pretty thin and this is not a very good witbier.

Pours a pale yellow-orange with little to no head except a thin white film. Aroma is prototypical witbier, with some spice an some citrus - especially lemon. Taste is ordinary: spice is lacking compared to better versions of this style, while citrus does shine through and the wheat adds something distinctive. This really suffers on the palate: as many have mentioned, this is undercarbonated and watery, which really hampers other nice qualities. Certainly drinkable.

Light golden straw with white head. Noticed some faint bubblegum in the aroma and flavour of this one. Maintains a slight floral aroma an light spice that I found muddled up and non-destinct. Not too lofty on the palate quite watery.

Bottle. Pours a yellow gold with no head. Nose is a spicey lemoney scent. Flavor is very nice for a wit. Refreshing, citrus character, almosty a sweet light caramel, with a ice coriander spice in the background. I’m n ot sure why this didn’t get rated higher other than an absence of carbonation, but I thought this was very enjoyable.

(12oz bottle) Fizzy pour but the off-white head quickly vanishes entirely, revealing a clear apple juice body. Aroma is medium sweet, orange, lemon pledge. Taste is medium sweet, orange, light lemon, coriander. Watery light body, undercarbonated.
