On tap Buffalo Brew Fest. Hazy yellow color, white head. Quite spicy and wheaty, fair amount of yeast flavos present, not as buttery as I was led to believe. Light to medium bodied, fairly refreshing. Not bad.

Draft at the Drafting Room. Pours deep gold with decent sized white head. Aroma of pale malt, urethan, hops, and a hint if the same cat piss aroma I took away from Wailing Wench. The taste is pale malty, with some nutmeg, coriander, and finishing hopcit. Not terribly complex.

on tap at greylodge - a better than average u.s. wit. mild spiciness with some hints of orange, but not as refined as a Hoegaarden. Good hot summer beer, but lacks a bit when compared to other wits.

Had on draft at Rohrbach’s summer beer fest. Hazy dark yellow with thick white head. Watery fruity body. Nothing finish. Good summer beer.

A good wit, akin to Blue Moon... lots of orange peel, but light on the coriander. It seemed to be missing some of the smoothness of Hoe, maybe the don’t use any oatmeal in the grist?

Aroma of lemon zest, Swallow Wit looks great in the glass. Pillow white head, and golden creamy body. Spicy bitterness in the flavor. Other than the appearance this beer was nothing noteworthy.
