Bomber. Served in a snifter. Poured a deep red-amber with a light carmel colored head. Floral, citrus like nose with some burnt wood and sugar. Very nice hoppy flavor with cherry and grapefruit. Good malt balance. A little alcohol towards the end. If this is a IIPA its definitely the darkest colored and most malty I’ve ever had. I would say that it’s more like an American Strong. Looks a lot like Arrogant Bastard to me. Very good beer overall.

Bottle, aroma is some hops a bit sweetish, good, some malt a little floral taste. Pretty good, Would buy again I did not like the label thought I thought it looked cartoonish and didn’t fit the beer.

Bottle from AlexdeLarge. I think. Nice copper color with a tan head Aroma of caramel and toffee, butter, and floral, piney hops. Good bitterness up front. Floral, pine, and some grapefruit rinds are followed by toasty caramel malts with a slight touch of butter. Hops overpower the malt and linger on the palate. Dry with some coating resins. Good stuff.

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a biege head. The aroma is sweet and quite hoppy. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of hops, grass, and grapefruit. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

This one didn’t impress me much. The hops and malts flavor was ok, but they seemed to fight each other rather than blend together. Aroma was nice and fruity and it looked great in the glass, but the taste was very average.

Pint+ bottle from 6-Pack and Subs, Lancaster, PA...pours deep copper with off-white head...smell was very earthy with citrus, pine...nice smooth hoppy flavor with a little something extra to compliment the dark color, like a caramel...pleasant surprise for buying on a whim.

It had a dark copper body, and its flavor had the perfect amount of hoppyness to it.

Bottle. Pours amber with a thick off white head. Aroma is grapefruit hops and caramel malt. Medium body. Flavor is very subtle and not overpowering bitterness with notes of floral hops, caramel malt and fruit. Very good.
