Commercial Description:
First of the 7 Deadly BeeRs. Indulge your demons: Gluttony is the overpowering desire to consume more than one requires. 200 IBUs.
Gluttony Triple IPA overindulges the palate with profound malt, powerful hops and abundant body. Its deep decadent golden orange color presents an appetizing invitation for extravagant enjoyment. Its aroma entices with citrus, pine and alcohol while the flavor provides a smörgåsbord of sweet malt, fresh tangerine/grapefruit and a resinous hop character that lingers well beyond the finish.

Bomber shared by BOLTZ7555 – thanks Jason! Pours a cloudy orange with some floaters and a one finger white head that leaves delicate lacing. The nose is caramel malt and sweet citrus hops. The taste is toffee, ripe citrus and light tart grapefruit cleaning it all up. Medium bodied – decent brew. Thanks again Jason!

Brewed in the USA....... Courtesy of Woody, thanks my friend !!! Pours a hazy orange color with a thin white head. Aroma of cloves, citrus, grass and hops. Taste is much of the same with the addition of grapefruit and sweet candy notes. Mouthfeel is very dry with some lingering bitterness. 200 IBUs, wow !!! Not bad overall, but i don’t think i would drink this one on a daily basis.

bottle at Ft Wayne locals tasting courtesy of jsquire - Pours hazy orange and has a full aroma of heavy citrus hops. Given that people are only thought to be able to taste a maximum of 80-100 IBUs, I’m not sure what the point of 200 is, but this one tastes like a good, well-balanced IIPA to me. It’s a grapefruit hop bomb with good malt backing. Well done and I’d love to have more.

Golden in color and cloudy with an average head. Aroma is very hoppy, floral , and fruity (pineapple). Taste is bitter with fruity notes. Hop taste lingers well after swallowing and fades to a light caramel taste.

Bomber. Poured medium orange with light sediment and a fine cap of off-white head. The aroma indicated serious hoppage with floral, pine, apricot, and grassy notes over a well-hidden caramel and pale malt base.. aggressive and enticing. The flavor held the same themes with spicy, resiny bitterness (pine, grapefruit, and grassy notes) over primarily pale malts at the core.. more bitter yet on the finish with alcohol amplification. Heavier-bodied with ideal carbonation on the palate.. bitterness was just a bit too assertive.. overall a very good and challenging brew.

Murky amber color out of the bottle with a thin, lasting off white head. Big nose of alcohol, hop resin and grapefruit. Tons of hop flavors in this with grapefruit juice, hop resin, pineapple and some apple sauce balanced by a big raisen bread maltiness. Long, pinching pine finish. This is a really big beer.

Bottle: Courtesy of jsquire: Poured a dark orange color with a small white head. Without ever having had this before, this seemed to be on the slow downward spiral. Nose had notes of toasted malts, very crisp up-front resin and some light citrus...there did seem to be a bit of a carboard/oxidized scent permeating its way through. Flavor was nice and bitey, some piney hops with a bit of orange peel and a domineering malt backbone. Decent stuff, would have loved to have tried this fresh. Thanks Jeff for sharing!

Bottle shared by stopbarking. Thanks man. Pours a cloudy orange color with an offwhite head. Smell is hoppy still, although this is aged a bit. Taste is bright and hoppy with lots of bitter orange in the flavor. Very dry finish and mouthfeel is medium to full with normal carbonation. A pretty good Imperial style IPA.
