22 oz bottle. Opened with a big hiss. The pour started clear but ended up a hazy yellow gold due to some bottle dregs. Huge foamy pure white head that lasts a long time and leaves some lacing. Aroma of spicy, earthy Belgian yeast and a bit of pear and mellow hops. Flavor is yeast and sweet malt, the hop bitterness is very light. Medium body with active carbonation and a dry finish. Good beer, but past its prime.

Bottle 65 cl. Pours a hazy yellow with tiny floating impurities and an off-white head leaving laces. Very fruity and fresh with a lightly tart aroma. Light body, fruity, fresh, lightly tart with a little yeast. No bitterness. 290509

Blind tasting at Papsø’s
Cloudy blond color; big frothy head. The aroma is lightly spicy (coriander), with light lemon peel, sour apples too. It has maybe a light wheat character, with some sourness. Forgettable.

Bottled. A hazy light golden beer with a lazing orangey head. The aroma has notes of sweet malt and light notes of spices - especially coriander. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt combined with light notes of coriander and citrus.

#2 Bottle. [Papso Shady blind Tasting 2009] Huge fin bubbled white head that really lasted. Good display of lacework. Somewhat clear yellow color. Aroma of citrus, mild spice, fruit. Mild what feels like metallic notes as well. Light bodied with a soft carbonation. Light sweet and acidic flavor. Light citrus fruity finish. 5 / 4 / 5 / 2 / 12 = 2.8
