From bottle, blind #2. Pours hazy yellow with a slowly collapsing white head. Yeasty, citrusy and light spiced aroma. Classic Belgian wit. Light hoppy touch to the base flavour of wheat, coriander (subdued) and orange peel. Citrusy fruity oranges and light citric flavoured finish.

[1954-20090116] 22floz bottle. Dried flowers and mild perfume aroma. Slightly hazy, light yellow body with a long-lasting foamy white head. Mild flower yeast flavour. Light-medium body. Seems a "bold name" when it’s not exactly a sin to drink it. Ahem.

Aroma’s sweet and yeasty along with a hint of sour fruit. Flavour’s yeasty and fruity (banana and more) along with some light hops and light spices. Dry, lightly bitter finish. Average bodied. It’s just alright.

2009-01-16. Hazy pastel yellow body with a small white head. Yeasty aroma of light lemon, mild alcohol. (6+) Flavour has similar character to it, yeast and light lemon, light bitterness. Average palate. Simple but pleasant. A bit of age may have muted it somewhat but it was enjoyable. Bottle from Brown Jug, Anchorage

Bottle. Hazy gold with a huge frothy head. Nice spicy aroma is sharp ginger, peppercorn, with dusty pale malts. Light/medium body with soft carbonation. Flavor starts with dusty pale malts, turns a little sweet in the middle, then a clean, yeasty dry malt finish. Nice pale Belgian.
