Commercial Description:
Indulge your demons. Greed is the selfish desire to obtain wealth beyond legitimate needs. Our third 2007 Deadly Sin Beer - available in 22-oz bottles & draft - was brewed with one malt and two types of hops then bottle- and keg-conditioned.

Bottle, thanks to Puzzl for sharing. Straw yellow pour with some white head. The aroma had some yeast, but I also thought it was quite vegetable-like (carrots mixed with asparagus). The flavor had some sweet pale malt (pilsner-like), yeast, lighter vegetable flavors, and an earthy finish.

Nice bretty aroma, very very horsey and rough. Flavor is super dry, with some thick malts and big bad brett. Surprisingly thick. A very interesting beer. Totally overboard with the brett. Would be interesting in a couple years, although it is already completely dry. If they hit this with some bugs they’d have an absolute winner.

Hazy yellow beer with a big frothy white head. Coriander spice and some lemon citrus in the nose with notes of yeast. Spice, bitter orange peel and yeast all in the flavor profile. Tingley on the tongue. Tangy in the finish. Good enough Belgian ale.

There is nothing greedy about this beer, this beer fails to obtain anything on my palate. Very thin, with a light bit of cookie dough maltiness, with some very light fruitiness, and a hint of citrus in the finish.

Bomber (thanks to Robertburns) poured a hazy yellow with a small lasting creamy white head. Aromas of cookie, fruittiness, yeast and light spice. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of straw, light fruittiness and a hint of spice with a dry lightly fruity finish.

Pale yellow pour, with nice white head. Malty Belgian aroma, yeasty and spice. Flavor is much like the nose, hints of citrus banana and yeast. Finish is dry with slight carbination.

22oz bottle. Bright yellow pour. White foamy head. Aroma of straw, hay. Fizzy mouthfeel. Standard, but still enjoyed.
