May 29, 2009 From bottle, blind #2. Pours hazy yellow with a slowly collapsing white head. Yeasty, citrusy and light spiced aroma. Classic Belgian wit. Light hoppy touch to the base flavour of wheat, coriander (subdued) and orange peel. Citrusy fruity oranges and light citric flavoured finish.

Cloudy blond color; big frothy head. The aroma is lightly spicy (coriander), with light lemon peel, sour apples too. It has maybe a light wheat character, with some sourness. Forgettable.

Jul 18, 2007 22oz bottle shared courtesy of TomDecapolis. Poured a medium and hazy golden color with an averaged sized white head. Aromas of fruitiness, bananas, spices, and citrus. Tastes of citrus, bananas, yeast, and spices. Very tasty and I could see drinking this one on a daily basis.

Tart, grainy aroma with subtle, fruity, banana and citrus esters. Tangy, grainy flavor with moderately pungent citrus notes... lemon and grapefruit (pulp, not rind nor pith). Light to medium-bodied and watery with fizzy carbonation. Thin, acidic finish. Brewed to style with a distinct Flanders influence.
