Cloudy light yellow ale with a small, frothy, white head. Decent retention. Tart, grainy aroma with subtle, fruity, banana and citrus esters. Tangy, grainy flavor with moderately pungent citrus notes... lemon and grapefruit (pulp, not rind nor pith). Light to medium-bodied and watery with fizzy carbonation. Thin, acidic finish. Brewed to style with a distinct Flanders influence.
