The aroma is banana-cremey and this carries into the drink. Almost Witbier-like, this is a nice light introduction to Midnight Sun’s 7 Deadly Sins. | 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Apr 17, 2008 Nice bretty aroma, very very horsey and rough. Flavor is super dry, with some thick malts and big bad brett. Surprisingly thick. A very interesting beer. Totally overboard with the brett. Would be interesting in a couple years, although it is already completely dry. If they hit this with some bugs they’d have an absolute winner. weeare138 (936), Collegeville, Pennsylvania, USA

Appears a hazy, semi-transparent, pale gold with a small white cap that fades into a mild film of foam. Tiny remnants are left around the glass.
Smell is fruity, banana, pears, light wheat, golden raisins, and citrus.
Taste echoes the aromas with light spiciness coming through and keeping things interesting.
Mouthfeel is mildly sweet up front, fizzy, spicy with melon and pears lingering during the swallow.
